Cable Fly (Low-to-High)
Cables from below, hands rising — upper-chest isolation pressing can't replicate.

Setup
- Pulleys set low, handles in hand, step forward to tension.
- Slight lean, fixed soft elbows.
How To Do It
- Sweep hands up and together to shoulder height.
- Squeeze at the top like finishing an uppercut hug.
- Lower on the arc with control.
Breathing
Exhale sweeping up.
Common Mistakes
- Turning it into a front raise — palms and chest do the work, not delts.
- Too heavy — flyes are a feel exercise, always.
Coach Sam's cue: Scoop from your pockets to a handshake height.
