How much does nutrition coaching cost?
Nutrition coaching with me costs nothing on top of the training. It is inside the $149 Custom Plan as a nutrition framework and inside Monthly Coaching at $199 a month, where it is tuned every month. In-person clients in Morton Grove get the same framework with their program. I do not sell it separately, and nothing in it is dosed.

What is included at $149?
A nutrition framework built from the intake: the food you already eat, your training days, your appetite, your schedule. A protein target, a way to hit it, a shopping list and the reasons. It is yours to keep and to rebuild any Sunday from what is in the fridge.
It is not a meal plan. A meal plan is somebody else's list, and it lasts until the ingredient is out of stock. The framework is a set of rules you can apply to whatever you cooked, and the one revision call after week two is where we fix what did not fit.
What changes at $199 a month?
The framework gets adjusted as your weight, your training and your appetite change. That is most of what nutrition coaching is: not the first plan, but the eighth week, when the first plan met real life. The coaching page has both plans side by side.
In practice it looks like this. Your check-in says the scale is flat and the evenings are where the food goes. We move protein earlier in the day and drop one thing, and next week we look again. One change at a time, every week, for as long as you stay.
That is also why the monthly rate stays where it started for as long as you stay. The value of coaching is in the eighth month, and a price that climbs would punish the people it works best for.
Why is it not sold on its own?
Because food and training are one plan. A protein target depends on the training; the training depends on whether you ate. People who buy the two from different places end up with two plans that disagree, and then they follow neither. The nutrition coaching page explains the real-food-first approach in full.
What is never included?
Dosing. Not of supplements, not of anything else. Categories, never brands, and nobody on this site will tell you how much of anything to take. That job belongs to a doctor or a dietitian. No meal plans handed down, no products sold through the site, no promise of a number on the scale.
How does it compare with paying a dietitian or a diet app?
A registered dietitian is the right call for a medical condition that needs diet rules, and I will say so on the application. A diet app is cheap and does not know what you cook. Coaching sits between: food built around your real kitchen, inside the training plan. Nutrition coaching against meal plans and diet apps lays it out, and how to choose a nutrition coach gives you the questions. Then the application.
Common questions
Can I get nutrition coaching without a training plan?
No. It is part of every plan and not sold alone, because the two are built from the same intake and depend on each other.
Do in-person clients get it too?
Yes. The framework comes with the program, whether you train in the garage in Morton Grove or online.
Will you tell me what supplements to take?
Categories and label literacy, yes. Brands and doses, never. Protein powder when food falls short, creatine when the evidence fits your goal, and the label tells you the rest.
