How far north is it from Lincolnwood?

About twelve minutes, and none of it on the Edens. Crawford Avenue runs north out of the village and Lincoln Avenue angles the same way; either one puts you on Dempster or Oakton within a few blocks of the garage.

Coming from the Touhy end near the Town Center, Kedzie north is the quiet version of the same trip. Parking is the street or the driveway and it costs nothing.

The address stays off this page on purpose. The gym is the garage at my house, so it is not a place you can walk into unannounced. You get the address, the door and the parking note in your booking confirmation.

What are the prices?

One on one is $68 a session. Four sessions are $248 and twelve are $698, with the thirteenth session free on the twelve pack. In a small group of three or four it is $28 a person, or $298 a person for twelve.

There is no joining fee and no free trial session. What you are paying for is a coach who wrote your program and who watches every rep of it, which is a different product from a room with equipment in it.

If you would rather have the program without the drive, the online side is $149 once or $199 a month on the coaching page, and there is a free program there too.

Who in Lincolnwood does this suit?

Lincolnwood is small and quiet, and plenty of the people in it run their own business or work hours that match nobody else's. That is the fit: a fixed appointment with a person, at a time you choose, close enough that the drive is never the excuse.

It suits the person who already drives past two health clubs and joins neither, because what they want is not more equipment. It suits somebody who lifted in a Chicago gym years ago, moved north, and never found the equivalent.

It does not suit anyone under eighteen, anyone who wants a result by a date, or anyone whose doctor has told them to sit this out. Bring their words to the form and the plan gets shaped around them.

Can I train with somebody else?

Yes. Three or four people is the small group, and each person still gets their own program written from their own intake. One coach moves between you. What you share is the room and the hour.

It works well for two neighbours, a couple, or a parent and an adult child who want the same slot every week. The rate is per person, so four people pay $28 each.

The free thirteenth session works differently for a group: it comes when every single person in that group has bought the twelve pack. Half a group on packs does not earn it.

What about the winter?

In-person stops for it. The garage is a garage, and Chicago in January is not something insulation of that grade argues with. Sessions run roughly spring through fall and pause when the cold comes in.

The winter version is online coaching at $199 a month. Same program, weekly check-ins, form feedback on video instead of in the room. Or $149 once for a plan you run alone.

None of your numbers reset when the season turns. The program that carried you through October is the one you open in November, and it is the one waiting when the garage opens again.

How do you book?

Fill in the form below with your goal, your days and anything I need to work around. The reply comes within two days and carries the address and the slots that are open.

Prefer to talk first? Call or text (847) 387-0244. The Morton Grove in-person page has the long version of what a session looks like, and the coaching application is the way in if online suits you better.

Next door either way: Skokie is immediately north and west of you, and Niles sits on the other side of it.

Questions from Lincolnwood

Can I pay one session at a time?

Yes. A single session is $68 and you are never signed up for anything. The packs exist because they are cheaper per session and because booking four or twelve at once is what tends to keep people showing up, not because you have to buy them.

How often should I come?

Twice a week suits most people. Once a week works if you train on your own in between and send me the numbers. Three times is for a short block with a deadline in front of it, not a way to live.

What if I have to cancel a session?

Tell me as early as you can, on the form or with a text to (847) 387-0244, and we move it. Life in a village that small usually means the slot can be filled or shifted the same week. Repeatedly not turning up is a different conversation and I will have it honestly.

Do you train people in their own home?

No. Sessions happen at the garage gym in Morton Grove, because that is where the bar, the rack and the plates are. If you want to train at home, the online side builds the program around the equipment you already own.

Is this medical or rehabilitation work?

No. It is fitness guidance from a strength coach. If you are in a rehabilitation program, keep the professional running it in the loop, and bring me what they have said so the training fits around it.

Tell me what you need

No booking yet, no payment. I read every note myself and reply within two days with the address and the first open slots.

Days that work
1-on-1 or small group?
Adults only. Fitness guidance, not medical advice. If a doctor has told you to limit activity, say so in the note.

Not driving in from Lincolnwood after all?

The garage page for Morton Grove has the full offer, and the towns beside you are Skokie 路 Niles.

Online coaching is the year-round version of the same work, from anywhere.
